  1. Drawing- When we talk about art and craft the first basic step is to draw what we want to make. First thing to know is how to use a pencil creatively o that you can draw a perfect drawing as per your thoughts. Drawing includes how to move a pencil, how to take perfect measurement of each element and how to draw free hand drawings.

 

  1. Colouring- After drawing with pencil the next step is colouring the picture. Without colours a picture looks lifeless and incomplete. It is important that the colours we are filling should be chosen with right mixing and contrast. So colouring includes colour mixing basics also included in it.
  • Sculptures- In this course you will learn to use both traditional and modern sculpture techniques, materials and modes of expression. It covers a range of materials including clay, plaster, wood, stone and metal. Senior students are encouraged to experiment with a variety of materials and processes and to develop an individual response to 3D art making.
  1. Ceramics– This course will teach you you to make things with clay and develop technical skills and techniques relevant to their stage of development. These will include: clay preparation and properties, throwing, hand building, glazing and a variety of firing and kiln building techniques. It helps you to develop an individual mode of expression and work towards a creative and innovative result.
  2. Jewellery– In this course you will learn to deign many designs in a broad range of jewellery skills. The theory, skills, techniques and materials are explored with a free approach to both the design input and outcome. The flexibility to integrate skills and ideas into other disciplines is encouraged.
  3. Life Drawing- Using a variety of approaches, you will increase your visual awareness, observational skills, understanding of form and structure; and the development of an individual interpretation. You will get encouraged to experiment with a variety of traditional and contemporary media to build up their drawing and mark making skills.

 

  • Painting– You will also learn the basics of painting. It includes spray painting, thread painting, brush painting, straw painting, crayon painting, glass painting, cloth painting and many other techniques.

 

  • Craft Work- The course promises to teach professional level craft work. You will learn paper craft, paper collage, quelling technique, clay modelling, bread craft, mat craft, paper Mache, cardboard and thermacoal work, flower making, candle making, soap modelling, photo framing, gift wrapping etc.
