In first semester the subjects will be Fundamentals of Programming, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Operating System, Multimedia and Linux Lab, Software Lab. The second semester subjects are Object Oriented Programming, Front End Programming, Web Technology, Network Basics and Administration, Project. The Students are expected to do a project work, in an assigned topic under the supervision of an approved guide individually during the second semester. The following courses are included in the curriculum: An introduction to computers, data structures, software engineering, computer networks and DBMS. These courses provide fundamental knowledge about computers and programming languages like C, C++, JAVA, SQL, Advanced Java etc. The course programme also includes computer-based projects on recent problems, which provide confidence to check their programming and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate who has studied Mathematics at +2 stage of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination and at least one Paper of Mathematics during graduation and has secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from the University of Delhi or any other recognized University.
